What you can request
- Access to personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate account information.
- Export, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent for identified analytics or recording.
How to make a request
Email hello@coleoid.systems with your name, account email, requested action, and workspace. We may verify identity.
This is a manual MVP process; no in-product tracker, workspace export, account deletion, or signed download link is claimed.
Workspace content and deletion
Customer organizational content belongs to its workspace. Account deletion should not delete the organizational model; ownership may need transfer.
Timing and complaints
We aim to respond without undue delay and generally within one month where applicable. You may complain to the relevant authority.
