Ask for the information and action you need.

Requests are accepted by email and handled manually.

What you can request

Access to personal information we hold about you.
Correction of inaccurate account information.
Export, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable.
Withdrawal of consent for detailed analytics and recording, or an objection to anonymous visit counts.

How to make a request

Email hello@coleoid.systems with your name, account email, requested action, and organization. We may verify identity.

This is a manual MVP process; no in-product tracker, organization export, account deletion, or signed download link is claimed.

Organization content and deletion

Customer organizational content belongs to its organization. Account deletion should not delete the organizational model; ownership may need transfer.

Delete my analytics data

If you allowed detailed analytics, you can ask us to delete everything it holds about you:

Your analytics profile.
The activity recorded under it.
Your masked session recordings.
Your answers to in-product surveys.

Anonymous visit counts and page-speed measurements are not linked to you, so there is nothing in them to find and delete. "Don't count my visits" in Privacy settings stops them.

We reply within 30 days at most and confirm by email when the deletion is done. To be sure the request is yours, we may ask you to reply from your account's email address.

Timing and complaints

We respond without undue delay and within 30 days at most. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board or, if you are in the EU, to the supervisory authority where you live.
